Beginner Part 3 Classes

In the Beginner Part 3 classes students learn postures 26 – 37, the final section of the “T’ai Chi Form”. Beginner Part 1 classes (postures 1 – 12) are taught in the January – April session, and Beginner Part 2 (postures 13 – 25) are taught in the Summer semester. You do not have to learn the entire form. You can stop taking classes at any time and continue to practice and benefit from the part of the T’ai Chi form that you have learned.

The same content is taught in the Beginner Part 3 Zoom class that meets on Thursday evening. Students registered for the Sunday, or Monday Beginner Part 3 classes can also attend Zoom classes on Thursday evening at no additional cost. All Zoom classes are recorded and a link to the recording is sent each week to both In-Person and Zoom students as an aid to practicing the movements between the classes.

COST:

The Monday Corrections class will be combined with the Beginner Part 3 class, and will meet for one hour. The Zoom class on Thursday also meets for one hour, focusing on refinement of the Tai Chi form. The same Tai Chi form content is taught in the Sunday/Monday and Thursday classes. The Zoom class is recorded and a link to the recording is sent each week to both In-Person and Zoom students.
